Tomás Diego

Tomás Diego Álvarez is a practicing lawyer admitted to the Madrid Bar in 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Political Science from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2021), where he also completed a minor in Humanities and undertook an academic exchange at the prestigious Institut d’Études Politiques Sciences Po in Toulouse. He later completed both the Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession (2022) and an LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure (2022) at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

In 2025 he joined the Compliance Department at Molins Defensa Penal, in our Madrid office, following professional experience in the field at a leading law firm based in Madrid.

Tomás collaborated with the Legal Clinic of the Bartolomé de las Casas Institute of Human Rights at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and has participated as a lecturer in specialised academic training programmes on Compliance organised by Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
