Gema Clarimón

Professional background

Gema Clarimón Escuder holds a Double Bachelor in Law and Criminology from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice with a Criminal Law specialization from UPF and Barcelona School of Management; and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from University of Barcelona and UPF (2021-2022), in which she graduated with honours. She combined her studies with the coordination of the Criminal Law team at the Legal Clinic of the Pompeu Fabra University. Gema is also an associate professor of Criminal Law at the University of Barcelona.

Author of several articles and publications in the field of Criminal Law, she was the winner of the XII edition of the Autonomous University of Madrid’s Young Researchers Award. She joined the firm in 2023.
