Elisabet Capdevila

Professional background

A practicing lawyer since 2019, Elisabet Capdevila Roig holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona (2017); a Master’s Degree in Access to the Bar from the University of Barcelona and the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) (2019); and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from the University of Barcelona and the Pompeu Fabra University (2022).

She has also completed the Postgraduate Expert Program in European Law (2020), the Specialization Course in Gender-Based Violence (2022), the Specialization Course for Legal Counsel in Juvenile Jurisdiction (2022) and the Penitentiary Law course (2025), all taught by the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).

He joined the Molins Criminal Defense team in 2023, after years of professional practice in other firms specializing in criminal law.
